Zhengzhou well-known is a professional instrument in laboratory enterprise who engaged in the export business of equipment in chemistry laboratory for many years. We are very familiar with the using skills and maintenance methods of equipment in chemistry laboratory. This article emphasis on glass reactor, which is the lately exported equipment in chemistry laboratory of Henan Lanphan, aiming to help more readers and customers have a better understanding of this kind of equipment in chemistry laboratory.
Maintenance methods of chemical glass reactor
1.Please carefully read the operation manual and check the chemical instrument in laboratory;
2.Wipe every connection of instrument in laboratory by clean soft cloth, smear a few vacuum grease to connections and rotate to make it uniform;
3.Check if there has looseness at regular times, prevent seizure of the instrument in laboratory;
4.Turn on power and run it from slow to fast, only the instrument in laboratory are in stop state, operator can turn off the power switch;
5.Don’t screw too hard of the PTFE switch in case of PTFE valve has transformation;
6.Check whether sealing ring has dirt, clean it up and smear vacuum grease;
7.Do not get wet of the electrical part;
8.When changing components of the instrument in laboratory, you’d better not use other fittings, that will cause damage.
Routine maintenance of glass reactor
1.The metal sliding surface and mirror chrome surface of laboratory instruments should be kept smooth and rust-free. After the finish experiment, the device should be coated with new protective oil and put on dust cover, and check once half month.
2.The paint on all instruments should be kept clean and dust free. Check once a week.
3.All electrical instruments should be always powered on. Regulated power supplies, lasers, signal generators, etc, monthly electricity for 1 hour, other equipment at least once a month electricity.
4.Dust removal and moisture protection are the main and most commonly used methods for conventional laboratory equipment. The dust is mostly electrostatic particles that can easily adhere to the instrument to affect its color, increase friction and accelerate wear, which makes the device unusable, even worse, the instrument will burn out and scrap.
5.All containers should be kept clean and free from dust. Check once every two weeks.
6.All transmission wires should be stored in a matched manner and the welding head of tin should be soldered in time.
7.All ammeters should be kept clean and dry.
8.Maintain the equipment centralized and regularly, electricity, inspection, repair.
